About Us
Patrick Wilson is a second generation modular home builder.
Larry Wilson (deceased 2007) founded Wilson Homes in 1967.
Patrick has been involved in nearly every aspect of the
modular and manufactured industry. Having been exposed to
the modular construction trade throughout most of his youth,
he brings extensive knowledge and experience that many
seasoned professionals lack.
Prior to re-joining Wilson Homes in 2006, Patrick held a
position in the investment management field. He received his
Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Central
Missouri in 2004.
One of Patrick's strongest points is floor plan design, and he
can sit down with you and computer draft the plans himself. If
you have a custom plan you would like to build as a modular,
send us the plan or bring the plan in and he will sit down with
you and help you design your own custom plan.
